In this project, we undertook the role of promoter, collaborated on the project, and designed the interiors. These are 12 Villas created with a special touch and minimalist details. Our interior designers did everything possible to meet the client’s needs. The homes are simple but with certain modern details. The double-height interior was utilized to bring in plenty of natural light, using large windows and designing a large overhang as solar protection. We used oak wood for the interiors to add warmth to the indoor atmosphere. The windows were mostly placed from north to south to create ideal natural ventilation.
